Exploring Our Faith with John Feister
The "Cristo Rey" concept of Catholic high-school education was developed in the mid-'90s in the Chicago area. In this unique model, students combine workplace experience with classroom eduction. John Feister's guest is Jesuit Father John P. Foley. He served as the first president of Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Chicago from 1996-2004. He is currently the Executive Chairman of the Cristo Rey Network. Father Foley talks about how the Cristo Rey movement contributes to the goals of Catholic education.
