John Feister's guest is Father Ronald Rolheiser. He’s a member of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, and currently serves as President of the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, Texas, a post he’s held since 2005. An internationally known speaker, columnist and author, Fr. Rolheiser holds a doctorate in theology from the University of Louvain, Belgium. He is author of numerous books including Forgotten Among the Lilies, The Restless Heart, The Holy Longing, Against an Infinite Horizon, and The Shattered Lantern, all available as audiobooks from Franciscan Media. His most recent publication is Our One Great Act of Fidelity: Waiting for Christ in the Eucharist (Doubleday Religion 2011). He spoke with John about the significance of the Eucharist in Catholic life.
