Today's Reading
Ps. 16:1-2, 5, 7-8, 9-10, 11

Here in Psalm 16 we express confidence in the energy and protection of the Lord, in the life and love of the risen Christ. We place our hope and our trust in Him. We take refuge in Him in our weakness. We take courage in His care for us.

We find confidence in the Lord. We know that He is always with us, night and day. With God at our right hand, we shall never be threatened, never disturbed. The Lord provides us with everything we need for our safety.

God will never abandon us. He will show us the path to life and gladden our soul with confidence in Him.

How do I perceive that God keeps me safe, that God is my hope?
